I’m actually pretty sad about this. I had forgotten how much I love this movie, and Mr. Neville’s performance is a big part of it. I actually went through a mild Baron Munchausen phase around age 18, tracking down a copy of the original German book and a 1943 film version produced by the Nazis(!).
